Interim HR Administrator

?X To provide a secretarial/administration service to the company including, but not limited to:
?X preparing letters;
?X communications/e-mails;
?X reports;
?X presentations;
?X photocopying;
?X scanning
?X diary management;
?X organising travel, accommodation, lunches in the absence of the receptionist;
?X general administration duties including filing, distribution of mail, etc.
?X to carry out telephone/reception duties when the receptionist is absent (holidays, lunchtimes, sickness, leave,).
?X to provide full administration assistance to the HR Officer and HR Assistant, including:
?X scheduling all new starter inductions
?X maintaining Personnel Records; chasing documentation from all new starters (p45, ID etc);
?X booking training and keeping a log of spend and attendance
?X carrying out regular audits of all personnel files
?X typing up minutes of meetings and dictations from disciplinary/grievance hearings.
?X inputting data in to the Absent Reporting System
?X maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times within the HR team.
?X to be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of your individual work station.

Who we're looking for
You will be an immediately available HR Administrator, who is well organised and can work in a fast paced environment.
