As the Interim HR Business Partner, you can be based either in Greater Manchester or Cheshire, covering areas within south Manchester and Lancashire. You will provide a proactive, professional and effective People Management service for the managers and employees. With guidance form the Head of HR, you will take responsibility for supporting the management teams to achieve their business goals, challenging them to recruit, retain and reward with a view to maximising the organisations values.Day-to-day activities will consist of providing advice and guidance to senior management on ER/IR issues; work with line managers to identify recruitment needs; collaborate with line managers to undertake, where necessary, redundancy and disciplinary interviews and grievance investigations; Advise line management of Performance Management and act as a coach to the business managers.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have worked previously within a HR Business Partner/Manager capacity and will have operated as a true generalist in a hands-on, operational environment. Excellent interpersonally, you must be immediately available for interview and start.
