IT Auditor - Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced IT-Audit Professional with strong experience in IT Infrastructure auditing. This individual will be responsible for undertaking both pre-implementation infrastructure reviews and production infrastructure reviews. On occasions there will also be the requirement to provide application audit support to the Business Audit Teams.

Who we're looking for
Communication skills - Has the ability to write clearly and concisely, establish effective business relationships, influence others, conduct interviews and/or meetings, make presentations.

Analytical skills - Must posses excellent analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of internal controls over key IT risks, identify significant exposures, analyse transactions and other management information and detect changes in key risks and/or control effectiveness. Develop appropriate recommendations to address exposures.

Technical Skills - Must possess detailed technical skills in at least three platforms from the core IT environments used withinthe bank(e.g. Unix, Sybase, Oracle, IBM Mainframe, AS/400). In addition, a good understanding is required of (i) network and Web-based technology, and (ii) basic infrastructure control issues.

Behavioural - Takes initiative; acts independently with minimal direction. Is enthusiastic and self-motivated, is a team player who sets individual goals and objectives that are consistent with those of the group. Is dependable and meets deadlines. Takes responsibility for own development. Is customer focused and acts with integrity and honesty.

Education/Qualifications - College graduate and CISA or other professional audit/security qualification.
