This is more than just a sales role.You will be responsible for the success of the Glasgow office, you will drive revenue within the branch by motivating staff and growing business relationships. You will be responsible for profits of the branch and will supervise 2 members of staff.Although regular presence in the branch is essential a large proportion of the role is based out in the field managing existing accounts but also focusing on new business. You will cover the whole of Scotland but must be able to commute to Glasgow comfortably. My client are investors in people and will provide full product training.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally come from an industrial business to business field sales background and have shown you can pick up technical information easily. If you have experience with refrigeration and the components involved this will be an advantage but not essential.
A good communicator who has experience dealing with all levels of clients
My client is looking for someone who is up for this challenge and has the drive to succeed and manage this business to the best of its potential.
You will also be able to work very much on your own initiative and take responsibility for the branch and the role.

As one of the leaders in the Uk they have a good reputation and company stability. Their parent company is in Belgium and they have recently grown through acquisition in the UK.
What's on offer
