Responsibilities for this role include:
• Perform all contract administration activities
• Process advances and royalties in accurate and timely manner
• Draft contracts, renewals and amendments
• Help ensure timely payment of invoices
• Ensure licensees comply with reporting requirements
• Provide ad-hoc contractual and financial support as necessary
• Identify contracts due for renewal and follow up appropriately
Who we're looking for
The suitable candidate will:
• Having a working knowledge of a media firm
• Have working knowledge of finance and administration (royalties experience preferred).
• Have strong academics
• Have strong language skills (French a real bonus)
• Be hardworking
• Be able to cope under pressure
• Be a team player
