Treasury Administrator

The five person group front office treasury team is tasked with identifying, managing and monitoring the key financial risks of the company (i.e. the group's liquidity, interest rate, FX and energy risks). The Treasury team are currently undertaking two major projects as detailed below:-

Global Cash Management - there is a project to rationalise the Group's banking partners around the world.

Treasury Management System (TMS) - there is a project to move to a new TMS provider.

This role is primarily focussed on supporting the Global Cash Management project as detailed below:

Key Duties:

1) Bank Account Administration
(NB There will be a Treasury Controller joining in Mid June and at that point the temporary Treasury Assistant will work with the Treasury Controller on this.)
- Opening new bank accounts
- Completing cash pooling agreements (under guidance from the
- Establishing bank mandates
- Updating bank mandates
- Closing bank accounts
- Set up of bank account database as a pre-cursor to upload to new TMS
- Write bank account opening procedures

2) Electronic Bank System Administration
- Setting up new users
- Amending user rights
- Removing users
- Write electronic banking system guides

3) Treasury Management System Administration
- Setting up static data
- Migrating transactions to the new TMS
- Testing the new TMS
- Assisting with the parallel run

4) General Administration Support
- General support with existing systems
- General administration where required

Who we're looking for
Applicant Qualities:

• Minimum 2-3 years finance experience
• Attention to detail
• Some experience of payment and cash management systems would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Team player with ability to work on own initiative
• IT Literate
