The HR Officer will provide professional advice and guidance to Head Quarters and line managers across the business. A particular focus on Employee Relations issues and to ensure that policies and procedures are followed. You will also provide a resourcing service by supporting line managers in the recruitment process across all levels of the business.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Part or Qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development is desirable.
• Proven track record within a HR generalist role
• Good knowledge of employment legislation.
• Presentation, influencing and good report writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform effectively in a consultancy role,
as well as to influence decision makers.
• Good organiser.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Expert knowledge of recruitment techniques, psychometric testing, interviewing techniques and other selection and assessment methods.
