Our client requires an additional Corporate lawyer to join their thriving practice. Corporate expertise covers all transactional and advisory work including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, flotation's, takeovers, security issues, fundraising, and private equity
Who we're looking for
The candidate will come from a leading city or regional law firm with previous experience handling a variety of Corporate transactions.
