Exciting new opportunity for a customer focused candidate to make a highly visible and important impact within a Membership Association based in London. The Data Manager will be involved with the implementation of the new CRM database and will work closely with the ICT and Website Manager. The role will involve being the point of contact for the CRM database and will get involved in all aspects of the system involving support, training, reporting and making the best use of the CRM database through good customer service and a pro-active approach. This is an exciting opportunity to really make a highly visible/influential impact within an organisation and will be a varied and interesting opportunity for the right candidate.
Who we're looking for
The right person will possess:
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills to fit into a small team and build relationships within the organisation
• CRM Database user support experience and the ability to identify new functionality and maintain security
• Strong focus will be on delivering customer satisfaction through exceptional CRM
• Experience of database development
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure
• Experience of managing suppliers
