Senior HR Consultant - Change Management

Permanent ⁄ £50000 - £65000

The successful candidate will lead the provision of organisational change and development activities to both business units in line with the business strategy and the local business units' strategic and operational plans. In particular you will work with the Senior Management and Operations Leaders to refocus the business and bring about required behavioural change at all levels.
• In conjunction with the Business Unit Leaders, other key partners and the Operations Leaders develop and deliver key change/development strategies for the business unit in line with both national and local business issues, aims and challenges, supported by central Shared Services resources as appropriate

• Work with the Business Unit management teams in helping them maximise their potential and become high performing teams
• Support the business units in interpreting attitude survey results and addressing local business people issues. Ensure that skills, processes and practices supporting business development activity are continually reviewed and input to firm wide discussions on how they are enhanced
• Advise Business Unit Leader and partners on key succession and talent management issues - Partner and director pipelines, Director Promotions, Senior Manager and Manager promotions, increasing mobility and diversity of talent and supporting greater working practices at senior levels
• Work with other lines of service where appropriate to leverage resources and opportunities for development. Shareexposure with wider HC Community around succession, pipeline and talent management
• Support UK Partner Admissions by taking an active role in promotion panel interviews and subsequent moderation/feedback processes

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate within this leading Accountancy Practise in the City of London will have;
• Proven track record in Organisational Development/consultancy roles in a client service environment
• Broad exposure in managing cultural and behavioural change programmes and the maturity/credibility to work in partnership with senior management in all phases of the change cycle
• Commercial outlook and therefore willing and able to meld organisational/personal development best practice with pragmatism
• Coaching skills at senior levels - BPS Testing Accreditation to Level B intermediate helpful but not essential
