Responsibilities of this role will include:
1. Development and leadership of a communications team to deliver business enhancement through outstanding internal and external communications
2. Devise and deliver an appropriate communications strategy to address the requirements of the business
3. Engage and energise employees in the achievement of business objectives, through a programme of internal communications
4. Lead and develop communications activity which will effectively engage all stakeholder groups
5. Provide an efficient and effective communications functional service in line with the business requirements
Who we're looking for
Of graduate calibre you will have a proven track record of delivery communications strategies at the highest level. You will be comfortable leading a team of communications professionals and ensuring delivery of key business objectives.
Clearly you will be an effective communicator and you will thrive on continuous improvement and motivational leadership.
You will have experience of both communicating to both internal and external audiences and be able to demonstrate your successes in these fields.
