An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading organisation for a duration of 3/4 months operating as an Interim In-house Recruiter. Within this role you will manage the day to day delivery of an effective and efficient specialist recruitment campaign to consistent national standards.
You will have strong stakeholder management experience and will be able to build relationships cross functionally. You will be involved in managing the end to end recruitment process for the Edinburgh site involving attraction strategies, screening candidates and competency based interviewing to offer stage. You will be recruiting for highly educated professionals and must have experience of specialist or technical recruitment.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in an in-house recruitment role delivering a professional recruitment service to a demanding client base. You will have experience of managing a variety of business stakeholders and competency based interviewing at a high level. Candidates need to demonstrate excellent prioritising skills with an ability to hit the ground running.
This is an interim contract for 3/4 months and could be extended. It is essential that you can commit to a contract of thisduration and will be available immediately.
