As Estates Manager your main office will be based in the South West, you will be responsible for the effective management of the Retail Property Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities will include; Rents, Rates, Service Charges and the Asset Management of the portfolio and effective management of external consultants.

Who we're looking for
The ideal estates manager will be RICS qualified and have a excellent working knowledge of Estate Management gained either in the Retail Sector or General Practise.

You will be;
• Professional at all times
• A excellent influencer and negotiator
• Able to display good technical knowledge and understanding and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to develop effective relationships both internally and externally
