Due to this exciting development, Nom is seeking a UK Finance Director to work with the management team for the new operation and to set up and build the UK finance function. Reporting to the UK Managing Director, responsibilities will include:
• Full responsibility for all UK financial, legal and compliance matters
• Recruiting and developing the new finance team
• Liaising with Group finance on strategic and budget planning
• Driving improvements and cost savings within a production environment
• Involvement in the implementation and development of systems and procedures
• Responsibility for product costing
Who we're looking for
This is a unique opportunity for a highly talented individual to join a company at the "start up" stage and as such, you will need to be a qualified accountant with previous senior level experience within a food or production environment. Previous start up experience would be an advantage, for a position that will require you to be a true self starter, with a flexible, independent approach in a high growth environment.
