Junior Business Analyst / Customer Relationship Manager

This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an expanding team and really make a valued and important contribution to the development of the IT Team. This is a junior position where the right candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a knowledge of IT. The role involves identification of key customers within the organisation and establishing contact to build up a relationship with the key internal clients. The right candidate will also get involved with conducting meeting to gather requirements and then feed this back to the IT department translation these concepts into functional requirements. The right candidate will also be able to analyse, verify and scope all requirements/requests for quality feasibility and benefits. As well as this the development and utilisation of the CRM database to report on on requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain very good experience and the right candidate will be willing to travel around the UK as well as be pro-active and a team player.

The right candidate will possess:
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of systems integration
• Knowledge of CorporateSave information systems
• Proven track record of customer service
• Strong will to learn with a self driven attitude
• Willing to travel around the uk.
