Lead Trainer

Christie+ Co, a large business services company, is currentlyrolling out new back-office systems based on the Salesforce platform. The company is currently in the latter stages of development and will be looking for an IT Lead Trainer to ensure all staff are up to speed as quickly as possible. The successful candidate will have the ability to quickly pick up new systems and it would be desirable to have experience of Salesforce.

There will be national travel required to deliver training sessions to 450 - 500 users and there will also be 2 to 3 weeks or travel required to Europe to deliver consistent training to the whole company.

The training will be classroom based and it is essential that the trainer gets a good understanding of the way the business works to deliver these sessions effectively. The training will be for sales managers, and senior management throughout the business. There will also need to be training for support staff and new starters.

The trainer will be expected to run both 'train the trainer' courses and refresher courses and to develop and deliver an ongoing training strategy for the company, not only in IT but also 'soft skills' such as presentation skills etc. Christie + Co are looking for the successful candidate to grow with the company and deliver the training strategy measuring success against agreed metrics.

• Sales environment
• Training schedules
• Training development plans

It would be desirable to have recent demonstrable experience:
• EMEA training
