The purpose of this role is to provide a proactive resourcing management service to a defined business area. This will include some active vacancy management for more senior roles, but also broader responsibilities in delivering key elements of our corporate resourcing strategy.You will be responsible for : -

• End to end management of recruitment campaigns for a range of roles across Head Office and Operations, with a particular focus on management and senior level roles. including• Developing and maintaining a robust and nationally competitive attraction strategy linking with overall Employer Branding strategy.
• Reviewing our current end-to-end recruitment activity and proposing and implementing any changes or improvements in order to increase quality of hire and reduce time to fill.
• Developing and providing formal training and informal coaching to line managers on all aspects of recruitment.
• Offering an advisory service to line managers on recruitment strategy and related issues (succession planning, talent management, employee training and development)
• Proactively challenging senior management on cross-business resourcing issues eg candidate attraction strategy, use/not of graduate recruitment, selection matrices, competency-based structures, development of assessment frameworks and centres.
• Reviewing current induction and on boarding processes. Proposing and implementing any changes or improvements in order to increase employee productivity and employee retention.
• Managing relationships with external suppliers including recruitment agencies - agreeing clear performance frameworks, actively monitoring performance against these and reviewing relationships as appropriate. Negotiating with suppliers on rates charged. Implementing and conducting formal annual PSL review process.
• Producing predictive recruitment reporting on a monthly and annual basis across a number of key indicators
• Coaching and supporting less experienced recruitment team members on specific aspects of their campaigns e.g. complex offer management, candidate generation strategy.

Who we're looking for
To be considered you must have exposure to the following areas:
• Running end-to-end recruitment campaigns for a variety of management and senior management level roles is essential
• Running high level management recruitment campaigns in a Head Office environment (eg Board Level, Heads of Department) is essential
• Using a range of psychometric testing to support recruitment and selection activity, BPS or equivalent qualifications desirable
• Executive search, competitor mapping/research and headhunting experience is highly desirable.
• Design and delivery of training to line managers on recruitment policy and process is essential.
• Design and delivery of selection frameworks, interviews, testing and assessment centres is essential
• Design and delivery of new starter inductions and on-boarding is essential
• Coaching and supporting less experienced recruiters is essential. Prior management of a small team is desirable.
