This role will provide commercially focussed consultancy to support the one division through the design and delivery of world class products and services that meet strategic business needs.
The role holder will also be expected to provide the business with deep specialist and technical expertise that will help influence and shape the strategic agenda. They will ideally have displayed the following skills;
• Expert in recruitment & selection
• Demonstrable track record in key stakeholder/relationship management in a complex, matrix business environment;
• Ideally they willhave a track record ofworking in-house managing senior level recruitment in a professional/technical function.
Role specific responsibilities:
• To assist in the design and delivery of a specific divisional Resourcing Strategy
• Manage, lead and deliver resourcing projects, demonstrating professional consultancy and strong project management capability throughout the project lifecycle
• To take a creative, innovative and action orientated approach to resourcing activities
• Identify any issues or trends in the internal or external marketplace, which will help shape and inform the design, development and implementation of specific resourcing strategy
• Closely align the resourcing strategy with the talent agenda to support the identification of future external talent and the delivery of the talent strategy.
• To be involved in the attraction of external leadership talent working closely with the Talent team
• Support the division by providing deep resourcing technical expertise and value add
• Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to achieve common goals and to share knowledge and best practice
• Drive the recruitment of senior and Executive level recruitment, in conjunction with the in-house Executive Search team, particularly through the development of external knowledge
Who we're looking for
The suitable candidate will have the following attributes;
• Degree level or equivalent (MBA, CIPD or other relevant postgraduate qualification)
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer focus and flexibility to think of ways to facilitate working with the business
• Flexibility and change orientation - ability to work in new and adapting matrix based structure with a large volume of high priority tasks.
