Morrison Facilities Services are the maintenance partner to Gloucester City Homes, and are responsible for all reactive repairs, void repairs and gas servicing for their portfolio of 4,500 homes.
The Contract Manager will take full P&L and operational responsibility for the management of the contract, and service delivery against the contracted performance levels.
The Contract Manager will need to quickly develop an effective working relationship with the client,in order to maintain and improve the current performance levels of the contract.
Who we're looking for
This individual will have a proven track record in delivering a reactive repairs service, ideally within the social housing sector. Experience of leading an operational team is essential, as is the ability to manage resources strategically to maximise performance.
This individual will be a strong communicator who is able to instil confidence in both the client and the operational team, and be able to perform and manage successfully in an autonomous capacity for this business unit.
