As Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing up to four construction projects at any one time within the Car Showroom sector. You will be responsible for sub contractor performance, client updates, and all HSE policies and procedures. You will ensure that all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met within client specification. Projects will range in value from £1m to £6m on average.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Construction Manager will have a background in the construction industry with previous management of Car Showroom projects. Strong leadership skills and client liaison skills will be beneficial and evidence of leading multiple projects will be beneficial. Flexibility in location is also essential as you will be required to manage multiple projects on a nationwide scale.
