My client, a global FMCG is looking for a HR Co-ordinator to work from their site in Surrey. Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor with a dotted line to the HR Manager and with exposure to management across the site you will be a confident, proactive HR professional. Responsible for the day to day administrative running of the HR department you will be the initial point of contact for all HR queries as well as heading up some of the main recruitment functions. Motivated to progress your career within a global FMCG organisation my client is looking for someone to work at the heart of the HR team with the ambition and drive to continually take on more and more responsibility.
Who we're looking for
Of degree calibre and ideally working towards your CIPD my client is looking for a motivated HR professional. Of key importance are good organisational and communication skills. Confident and emulous you will be able to work well with senior team members as well as partnering with the business to effectively answer all HR queries. IT literate you will have a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets and be able to draught accurate and concise documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven HR professional to further their career within a leading FMCG organisation.
