This role will involve working closely with Learning Business Partners, Key Accounts, and colleagues across the Business School and HR to drive and implement initiatives that support the delivery of business and HR strategy. The program manager provides effective management and implementation of high quality learning initiatives which enable and enhance employee performance, career management, and leadership development needs in London.

Financial Services experience
