Senior Commercial Manager - E-Commerce - South East.
This is a rare opportunity to seize a role responsible for growing a wide range of consumer categories within a fast growing and already iconic brand.Your role will be to deliver the expansion potential at a rapid pace and in a way that delivers long term growth. Get this right and rapid career progression to director level will follow.
The role involves contributing to and leading aspects of the overall strategy within the UK and Europe as well as exploiting synergies with the global business. Delivery of budgeted revenue and P&L targets and the recruitment, development and management of senior buyers and the category team. Other areas of responsibility include:
• Definition and implementation of category strategies covering all aspects of vendor relationships (including major global brands), pricing, promotional activity, range selection, on-site presentation, availability and inventory levels.
• Revenue
• Gross and Net Margin
• Selection expansion
• Market segment share growth

This role requires a high level of commercial drive and also significant organisational and leadership qualities to capitalise on the opportunities inherent in a rapid growth environment.

Who we're looking for
We are searching for a highly skilled individual with commercial acumen and the ability to drive and deliver growth within the highly competitive non-food consumer goods sector. We are interesting in considering applicant from a range of backgrounds including:
• Retailer Buying, Trading or Category Management
• Brand category management - particularly consumer electrical and other non-food arenas
• E-Commerce - trading or supply chain / fulfilment

Intellectual capability, the gravitas to represent the business in high level negotiations, an inclusive and team-player character and management style, and the ability to clearly demonstrate your future potential are all essential attributes that the successful candidate must possess.
