For this Business Audit opportunity in Birmingham city centre you will be expected to plan, undertake and report on internal audits of financial and operational areas in accordance with the Audit Plan and will be encouraged to work fairly autonomously, and with an excellent opportunity to get exposure to senior management across the business.

You will be expected to identify process and control weaknesses and make practical and commercial recommendations for business process improvements, whilst also ensuring good relationship management with Directors, Senior Managers and Middle Managers. You will also have the opportunity to perform ad-hoc projects and to provide advice to Business Directors and Senior Managers.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this Business Audit role you must:
• Be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Have significant experience of internal audit or external audit (or preferably both) delivery and project management with a large professional services firm or 'blue chip' company
• Demonstrate sound commercial, operational audit and advisory experience within relevant process areas
• Have sound knowledge and experience of risk based internal auditing techniques
