This position represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a real and substantial impact in one of the U.K's leading NHS trusts.The organisation is moving quickly toward meaningful change and is looking for the right person to drive this agenda,in this key role within the Finance Team. Through effective team leadership, combined with forward thinking process improvements you will add significant value to the financial services team. Working with Senior Financial staff you will ensure robust procedures, systems and policies are in place that can be developed to positively impact across the whole organisation.

To succeed in this role you will also be expected to:

• Ensure maximum value for money is achieved in delivery of the finance service.
• Make reviews of relevant Trust policies, recommending improvements where appropriate.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all financial reporting.
• Deliver timely completion of annual and other statutory accounts.
