As the dedicated HR Generalist, providing direct support to the Business Partners and Business leaders, across sites in Ashford, Ilford and the South East, you would be responsible for:
• Creating and implementing team and function improvement plans in line with the Business Strategy.
• Developing and implementing talent management plans, which include retention, recruitment and succession planning.
• Coaching managers on day to day HR issues.
• Acting as the Business Interface with the HR Shared Services Function.
•Being the ambassador for implementing Group/Divisional HR Policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Providing guidance in line with current employment law legislation.
Who we're looking for
As a HR professional and pure generalist, you will have a passion for best practice HR and have:
• A proven track record in delivery in regards to individual and organisational development, performance/change and talent management.
•A background in operating in unionised environments.
• An ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive the people agenda.
• A degree level qualification.
You will be committed to delivering the best service, and willing to use your professional knowledge and experience to build successful business partnerships in order to deliver the best possible HR service.
