As Pre- Contracts Director you will be responsible for all the commercial/ financial elements of projects tendered for and successfully won. You will be part of a growing organisation, therefore will have a work winning attitude and be a part of bringing new clients and contracts to the table. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and report directly into the MD.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Pre- Contracts Director will have proven man management skills and have the ability to lead and develop a team of Estimators and Quantity Surveyors successfully. A background in the Interior fit out industry will be beneficial, especially in the Commercial and/ or Retail sector.
