This role will be the key stakeholder for all aspects of the recruitment process and will inspire and lead a team to ensure the needs of the business are consistently met. As part of the senior HR team this candidate will influence and drive change in the business and will introduce industry leading resourcing practices into the organisation. The successful candidate will scope out and deliver the strategic resourcing plan and, through their team will ensure time and cost to hire, is managed professionally and within the budget.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should be regarded as someone with inspirational leadership skills and be able to influence and challenge the organisation to continuously improve its people agenda. You will be in a senior HR role presently and have direct experience of leading a resourcing function. Attitude is just as important as technical skill in this role and the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following characteristics;

These characteristics will be tested at interview and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate innovative methods in which they have actively driven an organisation's resourcing agenda.
