Group Operations Director

Due to the growth and future plans for expansion, the company is seeking an exceptional Group Operations Director. This board level position will be a crucial addition to the strong team already in place. Reporting to the group MD, responsibilities will include:
• Managing all aspects of the Profit and Loss performance across the UK
• Focusing on customer service levels and delivery
• Responsibility for all aspects of facilities management
• Control and review of internal business processes
• Managing and developing a UK team

Who we're looking for
Potential candidates will be strong leaders, who have already had a successful senior management or operations career, within a team based culture. Previous experience within an engineering or project driven environment would be an advantage for a position that will require high levels of motivation, flexibility and an individual who enjoys managing and
motivating teams to fulfil their potential. This is a young company who are now poised to enter the next stage of their growth and there are excellent future career opportunities for the successful candidate.
