Our client's Charities and Philanthropy team in London is in urgent need for an additional solicitor for their busy team. The team services a diverse client base ranging from individuals to institutions and companies (both for profit and not for profit and both public and private). The role will entail a wide range of commercial and corporate work, trusts and tax and often also has an international dimension.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will combine excellent academics with a sound knowledge of company law and commercial contracts. Prior experience in Charities law will be an advantage although is not essential as there will be continual specialist training. Our client is looking for a good team player who is committed to making a career in Charities law.
