As Strategic Workspace Planning Manager, you will ensure that our clients workspace best matches the long-term business requirements in terms of Capacity, Facility, Locations and Costs.
Projects will include head count projection and scenario , financial Implications, portfolio re-stacking, block planning, efficiency and optimisation.
Your direct responsibility will be in the UK, and you will also offer a proactive advisory role for non-London EMEA offices, with a tactical and analytical long term focus.
Who we're looking for
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to analyse complex information, identify key risks and create solutions.
• Highly proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Archibus, Auto CAD with a familiarity of internet technologies and reporting packages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal with a range of personalities within the team, internal clients and external consultants.
• Experience of facilities and corporate real estate functions.
• A pro active approach to problem solving and the ability to identify and solve problem - winning the relevant buy-in from key stakeholders.
