The role is based in our central London office.
The office environment is fun and friendly, but also hard working consultants will be managing a high work load and therefore will rely on the sales administrator for secretarial and administrative support. At times, work allocated may come from numerous consultants at the same time - it is critical therefore that this person can prioritise their workload.
• Client and candidate filing/faxing/photocopying
• Answering general enquiries
• Preparing CV's for send out
• Internet use for client research
• Recording statistics and producing reports for the managing Consultants
• Searching National and Local Press for job advertisement relevant to the team
• Emailing confirmation of meeting/interviews to clients/candidates
Who we're looking for
• Working in a busy office environment
• Strong computer skills ( Word, Excel, Internet etc)
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communicator
• Reliable and hard working
• Friendly but assertive personality
