Your role as a Corporate Finance Executive will be to assist the Leeds Lead Advisory team and Partners in advising clients re acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and valuation projects.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
• Managing discrete areas of corporate finance projects for the team;
• Research on clients and potential clients;
• Preparation of pitches and other marketing documents; and,
• Supporting business development in thelocal and National Advisory teams.
Who we're looking for
ACA / ACCA qualified with strong financial modelling and report writing skills. You must excellent interpersonal skills and possess a strong commercial outlook.
