To assist with the development of the Commercial Litigation practice.
To plan and process the flow of legal work to meet the client's requirements/ objectives/ completion dates and also the job holder's fee targets and time recording targets.
Assist with the development of the Litigation Team's business development strategy.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a solicitor to join their team based in Swindon to develop their Commercial Litigation Practice across the Firm.
You will be a self starter as well as a team player who can demonstrate professionalism, resourcefulness and a sense of commercial awareness as well as an ability to foster positive client relationships. You will be used to working with minimal supervision and able to demonstrate extensivebackground in commercial litigation including property litigation, contract disputes etc.
