An exciting opportunity exists with a leading Facilities Management service provider; they are currently providing a Total Facilities Management contract for a major pharmaceutical organisation with a turnover in excess of £1 billion. They require an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team. Based in Yorkshire, the successful candidate will be responsible for the FM provision across 2 sites covering both hard and soft services. They will have 4 direct reports covering (Engineering, Soft Services, Finance and H&S) Applicants must have experience from a Total Facilities Management background and be focused on excellent customer service, they must also have experience in managing budgets of £50 million plus and multiple teams. In return our client offers an excellent package and the very realistic chance of promotion for the successful candidate within 12 months.

Who we're looking for
Experience required :
• Graduate calibre
• Experience working in a Total Facilities Management environment
• Project Management
• Experience in service contract management
• Experience in first line management
• Coaching people for success
• Managing service provision to SLA/KPI's
• Working within Health & Safety systems
Desirable:
• Relevant Facilities Management Qualifications
• Health & Safety qualification (IOSH) - Or recognised equivalent
• Pharmaceutical Site experience
