As Product Manager you will manage and grow existing propositions, and shape/take to market new propositions to provide a comprehensive range of products to meet customers needs. The successful candidate will identify the facts and provide the analysis to inform business decisions; including the translation of the voice of the customer, business delivery viability and financial justification of product/proposition development and execution. To define and develop new customer propositions and to take personal responsibility for the smooth delivery of either new, or existing propositions.

Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will have the following:
• Prince 2 (project management), or similar
• Strong analytical ability
• Transferring insight into process improvement
• Previous experience in developing and managing customer propositions or existing products
• Experience of process mapping and development of the end to end customer experience&amp;amp;lt;BR>• People management, influencing and engagement
• Product management / portfolio management
• Successful track record in commercialisation and/or taking products to market
