A project focused Senior Human Resources Advisor required to coordinate and lead the development of HR processes within this commercially focused, solutions-driven organisation.
Working within the HR team this is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a team changing the HR agenda at Corporate and Business Unit level.
Working closely with the HR Director and Business Unit Managers, this is a front line position holding responsibility for:
• Evaluating business needs to formulate and successfully deliver projects on time and to budget.
• Employer Brand Management
• Working with the wider HR team
• Managing, coordinating and generating Management information to help support recruitment and succession planning activity
• Participating in Corporate working groups to design and implement HR Best Practice
• Benchmarking and market research in order to shape HR process
• Monitoring key people KPIs against plan
• Management of one direct report
Who we're looking for
The successful individual will be an adaptable thought leader, who holds the ability to critique, research and present to the senior management team. You will be commercially astute, with the ability to positively influence and contribute to the strategic HR direction. The tenacity to deliver from concept to final product is paramount.
The position will be based in the West Midlands and will include travelling to other UK sites.
