The Organisation Development Consultant will provide hand-on delivery of Learning & Development strategies across the business. The role be responsible for design, delivery and evaluation of business focused learning interventions across multiple delivery methodologies.
Key accountabilities will include:
• Design programmes based on proven learning methodologies
• Deliver learning interventions through various methodologies such as classroom based or e-solutions.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes ensuring objective are achieved.
• Providing learning consultancy to business, driving learning business plans and work with internal and external partners to deliver quality learning solutions
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the Organisational Development Consultant role must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
• Excellent knowledge of the latest learning and development techniques and methodologies
• Proven interpersonal skills with a genuinelypassionate delivery style
• Creative and innovative design of learning aids and materials
• Engaging personality with a consultative style
•Astrong relationship building and influencing skills
• Preferably CIPD qualified or equivalent learning & development qualification
