Store Manager

Our client is looking for articulate, motivated and service focused managers who are ready to take the helm of their own business unit, which a diverse mixture of retail a and hospitality exposure. Your key focus areas must be:
Building and developing store team
Service, sales and a proactive approach to customers'
Operational balance and diversity of skill set
Leadership and motivation
Brand management, marketing, merchandising and a key eye for detail
Health and Safety and compliance
Essentially you will be fully responsible for running the assigned store by driving performance and results, maximising sales, following Company standards and effectively leading store team to ensure the delivery of brand values to every customer

Who we're looking for
Excellent customer-handling skills

Competently plan and organise own work and that of others with effective utilisation of time

People management with focus on successfully co-coordinating the work of others alongside own workload and motivating teams

Attention to detail to evidence accuracy in all work produced and complete/follow through on all tasks

Excellent interpersonal ability to forge productive working relationships which will advance the work of the team and aid remote working

Commercial acumen to maintain up-to-date market knowledge to enhance business development

Confident, positive and assertive

Able to train, coach and delegate to optimise performance
