In this European Marketing Co-ordintor role, you will be responsible for project managing the production and supply of trade facing materials and activities to support successful selling on a seasonal basis.
1. Project manage regional sales meeting on seasonal basis, ensuring appropriate samples, display space and materials are in place. Ensure seasonal theme and key concepts are clearly communicated in an inspiring way in accordance with brand guidelines.

2. Seasonal tools - project manage development and production of seasonal sales support tools as appropriate to channels, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery.
Tools include trend rationale, field guides, showroom packages and images.
Ensure efficiencies in production processes e.g. maximise photo shoot opportunities with other areas (E-Comm.), integration with digital catalogue tools (IPG). Evaluate usage and effectiveness on seasonal basis for continued improvements.

3. Project manage brand representation at regionally relevant tradeshows as appropriate. Support local markets with trade show stand development and visual guidelines.

4. Manage and organise seasonal photo shoots

5. Manage trade marketing budgets maintaining an up to date spreadsheet on all spend, predicted spend and budget forecast for the following season. Maintain all invoices and purchase orders ensuring budgets / forecast are adhered to and recharges are followed through by Finance.

6. Develop and submit creative briefs to external agencies and project manage from start to finish, ensuring creative is in line with brand guidelines.

7. Support the Marketing team with additional projects as required e.g. promotions and research.

Who we're looking for
To be successful within this European Marketing Co-ordinator position, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience ideally within the branded apparel/ footwear industries.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- High level communication skills and the ability to communicate at multiple levels.
- A team player with the ability to work to tight timelines and at a high level of detail.
- English is mandatory: an additional language(s) is desirable.
- Computer literacy is essential, including MS Office package.
- Experience of briefing and managing external agencies.
- Willingness to travel
