Key responsibilities will include:
• Making sure theorganisation complies with relevant legislation and regulation
• Keeping the board members informed of their legal responsibilities
• Register and communicate with shareholders
• Ensuring that dividends are paid and maintaining company records

Who we're looking for
Part or fully ICSA qualified
Previous experience in Funds, Trust or Offshore Law firm advantageous
Willing to relocate to Jersey

About our client
Leading offshore Trust company.

What's on offer
Between £50k and £75k depending on experience plus package, in tax favourable environment.
