Following the securing of a long term partnering contract our client is looking to recruit an Account Manager for their East Midlands office.
Working within the office of their client, a leading Housing Association in the East Midlands, the Account Manager will work closely with an RLO in establishing and managing the day to day operation of the contract worth £1.65m annually.
With a proven track record within the Social Housing Sector you will oversee the provision of responsive repairs, void property maintenance, gas servicing and breakdown, Decent Homes works, and an out of hours repairs service.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A proven track record within the Social Housing sector.
• Knowledge of Partnering within the sector.
• Experience of working closely with both Client and Contractor.
• Recent relevant Qualifications.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
