Hr Professionals who can deal withsignificant transformation within an evolving business. Working closely with senior managers to ascertain what people impact there is likely to be as the company restructures. Strong transformation and ER skills are required.
Who we're looking for
HR Business Partners who have had previous exposure to supporting a complex business.
The candidate is likely to have strong ER experience in addition to Union involvement. The company is likely to make acquisitions which will have a direct impact on the HR BP, as they will be required to deal with TUPE, consolidation of TOB and integration issues. In addition you will play a part in the ongoing legal process for any acquisitions which take place. The ability to navigate complex business initiatives and engage at a very senior level within the business is a pre-requisite.
Previous experience of reward is not essential however you will be required to deal with complex package negotiations when hiring senior professionals, this will involve the creation of bonus and benefits.
In addition you may have previously dealt with company restructures and merging departments.
