The role requires an experienced Planning and Highways Locum solicitor for a local authority in the North West.You will be expected to manage a caseload of agreements under the Highways Act and general shire county planning. The role is likely to be for an extended period of cover and is an for an immediate start.

Who we're looking for
We require a locum solicitor with experience in local authority Highways and Planning matters. The successful candidate will have a proven history of extensive Planning and Highways work within Local Authority and general shire county planning matters.
