Process Engineer

As part of the site Operations Management team you will develop a Process Excellence program to improve manufacturing efficiency, focusing on task analysis, line balancing, identifying and eliminating sources of waste and optimising throughput. By improving on the use of existing KPI metrics, you will identify and drive projects to achieve continuous improvement in line efficiency. Working closely with the Operations Management team you will also play a key role in driving the site's Lean Sigma programme.

Who we're looking for
Engineering Degree qualified and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, you will have hands on experience of leading Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects. You will have worked in a fast moving manufacturing environment and will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Strong PC skills are essential as is the ability to motivate teams.
