Job Role
As a Member of senior management team the candidate will be expected to make a positive contribution to the development of the Bank. The role will be broad-based with considerable scope to develop quickly as the bank grows. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•Coordinating the budget and business planning process and preparation of regular monthly management information packs
•Preparation and management of financial, accounting, taxation and statutory matters;
•Regulatory reporting and liaison with regulators;
•Prime contact point with external auditors;
•Prepare liquidity and other risk based reports;
•Build, manage, grow and career manage a small team.
Who we're looking for
You will have a sound academic and financial markets background with a professional qualification in finance and accounting. You are likely to come from within either a commercial or investment bank in a finance function or a similar financial organisation. We would be particularly interested in those that have worked in a start up organisation and/or have experience of working in the Middle East.
