This role will entail developing on and cultivating excellent working relationships with major stakeholders have an understanding of business drivers and impact on Resourcing from a commercial point of view. You will also as focal point of contact from the Resourcing team. The role holder will build relationships and work in partnership with wider HR teams (Reward, Talent, Learning) to enhance the HR proposition. The role will require a degree of flexibility surrounding travel but will be based in London.
