This is an excellent entry level opportunity to join a leading hedge fund and work in a team that is an integral part of the organisations profitability. This is a desk based role that will focus across asset classes.
• Conduct fund and portfolio analysis, primarily on weekly performance and net asset value (NAV) estimates.
• Development of in house models for pricing across asset classes.
• Simulation and back testing.
• Potential Exposure and risk calculation of different products and structured trades for the front office.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate willrequire an excellent academic track record with a PhD or equivalentin aMathematically based subject considered a minimum.
• You will have a good understanding of products.
•Knowledgeof C++ is essential.
• As this is a desk based role you will have solid relationship building skills.
• A previous internship in the financial services sector would be beneficial.
