As Construction Director, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of a new business unit within one of the leading construction firms in the UK. You will be heavily involved in tender submissions for a number of large, regional framework agreements for the delivery of new build social housing schemes.
Who we're looking for
The ideal construction director will have:
• a proven track record in the delivery of new build social housing schemes,
• strong client facing skills,
• a proven ability to delivery large volumes of units on time and within budget
• commercial awareness of residential project delivery
• strong communication and man management skills
• drive and commitment to build and develop this new business unit
