Our client is looking for an employment lawyer to join their well established private practice firm in Oxfordshire with a modern outlook and philosophy.
You will work as part of a commercial / litigation team where you will be responsible for Employment matters. You will work for both Claimant and Respondent clients.
The main focus of your work will be respondent work with an emphasis on carrying out employment law audits examining contracts of employment,staff handbooks,and disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Who we're looking for
An employment lawyer based in Oxfordshire with a current knowledge of all matters that an Employment department would deal with.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with limited supervision on a full range of matters including non-contentious and contentious.
